- Since most of our products are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong product delivered.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 7–10 business days after verification.
- In case of damaged or defective products, customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
- Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not possible as production begins immediately.
